Love Month

Happy February! Fuck this black history month shit. Our ancestors built this country on their backs through blood,sweat, and tears. I celebrate black history month every month. Im always going to cultural events and conscious ceremonies held throughout the African centered community, I never turn down an opportunity to celebrate the magic running through my veins. My birthday is Feb. 7, and im currently contemplating what I want my next orbit around the sun to be like. I don't have a Valentine this year, but that wont be different than any other year. However I never pass up a chance to celebrate love. This year instead of searching for love Ive made a choice to embody love in everything I do that way true love will always be with me. Ive put all my romantic dreams on the backburner. I noticed love always finds its way to me when Im focused on loving myself more. I propose a toast to my journey! All things of love.
