Queen Conversations

Earlier this month I was with my grandmother at Mutanas buying some incense and a new Oshun candle when a very handsome young man got my attention and then my number. I developped a rapport with this man and began to like him only to find out he was 36 with no high school diploma or GED and sales weed. Needless to say him and I no longer have a relationship. As a young woman consistently striving for excellence and greatness I refuse to settle for mediocrity. I refuse to settle for someone who offers me less than Ive given myself physically,emotionally, spiritually, and financially. His lack of ambition was completely unacceptable. There is nothing wrong with wanting a man that can provide you with resources. As women it is so important to have a healthy sense of self worth or else youll be settling for anything a man tries to offer you. Healthy self esteem is the answer to every problem in life. If it wasnt for my healthy self esteem I wouldve taken the bait and possibly put myself in danger. Once you get used to being treated well you cant go back to being treated like less than a goddess. Ladies you are Queens dont allow yourself to settle for less than mutual royalty. My quest for true love gets more and more interesting but Im inspired by all the women who were once where i am and are now in the chapters of marriage, engagement, and children in their personal love stories.
