Groupie Love

I often blog about what more women can do for themselves and men to have more fulfilling personal relationships. Very rarely do I tackle what men can do for us mermaids. I saw the quote I have posted about being with someone who thinks youre a big deal and i thought about how important that is. My last romantic situation was rather tumultuous and i often felt like nothing i did would ever be good enough for this man to see that Im commitment material. And because he wasnt the man for me nothing i ever did was good enough. I know so many women out there staying in relationships like this for money, status, because they are afraid of being alone, or because of the children. it is such an unsatisfactory situation. this is one of my favorite Usher songs because its the way a man should truly feel about a woman. Like she is a superstar. like he is her groupie. that he is her number one fan dying to show her how amazing she is. Nice women feel like men should accept her for who she is. Goddesses feel like men should worship them and we all have a Goddess within us. It seems like such a simple concept to truly like your romantic partner, but it is often one of the key components missing. However it can really boil down to the most important factor in relationships which is attraction, and i often think about the movie and film " he's just not that into you" because its such a simple answer to a very big question women ask themselves in relationships when things dont work out. i love this usher song because its the way a man should truly adore, value, worship, and treat the woman he claims he loves. I feel like women should setlle for no less than being treated like a big deal like this quote says. We are goddesses and the eighth wonders of the world. may we never entertain people who dont view us and treat us as such.
