  As youve probably gathered from reading my posts Im a firm believer in living how you intend to love and treating yourself how you intend for another to treat you. That brings me to today's topic of romance. Dont wait on a man to make your life romantic. Everything we do has the potential to be romantic. Romance is a lifestyle. There are plenty of ways to bring romance into your life which is ultimately the Divine Feminine energy of self care. One way is art. Go to a musuem, art exhibit, musical, play, or tattoo shop to decorate your body. Food is also another way. Take yourself out to eat  or cook decadent meals like shrimp linguini or steak and crab legs. It doesnt have to be a special occasion for you to have a glass of wine and a lavish meal. Traveling is very romantic. Pack your bags and head to a nearby city or beach by yourself or with your loved ones. If thats not within your budget try learning the language of a place you want to visit. Learning another language is very sexy and romantic. I also recommend burning incense, sage and candles as these are feminine spiritual actvities and help create good energy flow in your life. If you have a dance or strip tease practice I would recommend indulging in these as much as possible as they are also artistic. Treat yourself to some lingerie. make up, or perfume and put it on before bed. Buy yourself flowers and decorate your ritual space if you have one. The next time you and a friend smoke put on the auxiliary cord and take turns playing your favorite songs. Get yourself a journal and normalize writing yourself love letters and affirmations. Go out into nature and garden or walk a trail. Run yourself a bath and place aside 30 minutes to a hour of reading your favorite books when youre done with your bath. Visualize what romance is to you and recreate that experience as much as possible. Stay away from men and women who bring forth the energy of drama and static in your life. Strive to always illuminate and manifest peace, love, and joy in your energy and life. Live as you intend to love and watch how your life begins to mirror your treatment of yourself.
